Quality Inspectors

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Quality Inspectors for our client in the automotive industry located around Canal Winchester, OH. These positions are Temp-to-Hire opportunities!!! Shift days: Monday to Friday Shift hours: All shifts available Responsibilities Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials to leadership Conduct in-process and final inspections throughout production, including pre/post assembly or welding stages Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications Record inspection results in systems, logs, or quality reports accurately Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues Maintain compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment Requirements Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
