Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment Repair or replace worn or damaged parts and components Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used Ensure all vehicles meet quality and safety standards before returning to customers Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to complete work efficiently Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $65.00 per hour, paid weekly Opportunities for professional development and training Supportive work environment with a focus on safety Employee discounts on vehicle services and parts Health and wellness benefits (subject to company terms) About the Company Franklin Ford is a trusted automotive dealership located in Franklin, MA, committed to delivering exceptional vehicle sales and service.
