The role includes setting restaurant goals, creating plans to achieve them, and leading a team of Assistant and Shift Managers. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume quick‑service or hospitality/retail locations. Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate staff. Must be 18 years or older to work at a corporate‑owned and operated restaurant.
