Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends or holidays

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care through review, dispensing, and monitoring of inpatient and outpatient medications
• Prepare IV admixtures in accordance with safety and accuracy standards
• Deliver drug information to providers, patients, and care teams
• Conduct patient and family counseling on medication usage, side effects, and adherence
• Supervise pharmacy aides/technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and compliance
• Participate in performance improvement activities at both pharmacy and facility levels

Types of Cases / Procedures:

• Inpatient and outpatient medication management
• IV medication preparation and administration
• Patient education and medication counseling
• Medication therapy monitoring and optimization
