About The Role:

We are seeking a talented C++ Software Developer to join our growing trading firm and help build next-generation automated trading systems and commercial technology platforms. Working with equities and options, with future expansion into futures, you'll play a key role in designing high-performance solutions that directly impact our trading operations and products.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and optimize automated trading strategies across equities, options, and futures
• Commercialize proprietary trading platforms and tools
• Enhance core trading systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Partner with traders and analysts to deliver technical solutions
• Analyze market data to improve and validate strategies
• Optimize systems for low-latency, high-performance trading
• Build risk management and compliance tools
• Create technical documentation and performance reports

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong C++ development skills for Linux-based server applications
• Experience with multithreading, thread safety, and real-time systems
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, data structures, and software design
• Experience with network programming and distributed systems
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and programming concepts
