ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1983 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before beginning my State Farm career, I worked in the paper industry. Outside of the office, family is a big part of my life - I'm the proud parent of three children and grandparent of eight.

Staying connected to our community is important to us. I'm an active member of both the local Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club and enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Randy Weissenhofer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
