Job Opportunity: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)
Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated RN to provide exceptional, patient-focused care within our Medical-Surgical unit. This full-time, on-site position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting adult patients facing various acute and chronic health issues.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions closely.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
- Facilitate safe and effective patient discharges.
- Current RN license.
- Experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
