Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Blakeley Law Firm, P.A., is a Plaintiff personal injury firm looking to hire an experienced litigation attorney. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person both in career advancement and compensation. This attorney will help develop and grow our litigation department.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience litigating Florida personal injury cases, including auto accidents and slip and falls. This position requires 5+ years of litigation experience with trial experience. We are looking to hire an attorney who wants to try cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of active litigation cases from inception through resolution, including trial.
• Conduct comprehensive investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting with expert witnesses.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Serve as counsel in jury trials, managing case presentation, strategy, and courtroom advocacy.

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a guaranteed base salary in addition to a bonus structure. The base pay is $250,000 guaranteed, with an estimated total compensation exceeding $500,000 per year when including bonuses.

This is not a remote position. Our firm requires all employees to be in the office Monday through Friday.
