This is a true on-call position.

• Work is not guaranteed daily
• Some weeks may have multiple assignments
• Other weeks may have little to no work

This is not casual babysitting-this is professional, in-home backup care.

Schedule & Availability

• Peak Demand: Weekdays (8AM-6PM)
• Additional Opportunities: Evenings & weekends
• Assignments may be:
• Same-day
• Next-day
• Short notice

? When marked available, you must be:

• Responsive
• Ready to accept assignments
• Prepared to travel (up to 45-60 minutes)

? Compensation & Bonus

• $20/hour
• $75 Activation Bonus
• Paid after completing your first 3 successful shifts
• Must complete full application process within 2-3 days

? Opportunities to transition into after 90 days:

• Private nanny roles ($25-$35+/hr.)

? Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, safe childcare
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a calm, structured environment
• Communicate professionally with families
• Adapt quickly to new home environments

•Requirements

• 1-2+ years childcare experience
• Experience with infants through school-age
• Reliable transportation (required)
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable with pets
• Professional, dependable, and adaptable
