Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$1713.60/week –

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Respond to acute medical situations with critical clinical skills and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival in the emergency department.
• Implement appropriate emergency interventions and treatments.
• Collaborate effectively with medical teams to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, respond to changes, and document clinical actions accurately.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Complete required assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration safety tests.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio RN license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 18 months of recent ER experience, including travel experience acceptable.
• Maintain active certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Be capable of working every other holiday shift.
• Undergo and pass a drug screen and background check, including NIOT policies.
