Maintenance Planner

Summary:A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support equipment reliability, maintenance planning, and inventory management. This role works closely with maintenance and operations teams to coordinate preventive maintenance activities, manage parts inventory, and help ensure efficient plant operations with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:Coordinate maintenance activities to support equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Manage maintenance parts inventory, purchasing, receiving, and storage of materials and tools.

Maintain and update CMMS records and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Work with contractors, vendors, and plant leadership to support maintenance projects and service agreements.

Monitor inventory and maintenance budgets while ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Support safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives, including OSHA requirements.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.

Associate degree, trade school certification, or related technical training preferred.

Five or more years of maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or repair experience preferred.

Experience with inventory management, maintenance planning, and CMMS software.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of maintenance best practices, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
