Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient therapy setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient or comparable physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Compliance with all facility onboarding and documentation requirements before beginning assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation platforms
