The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-performing Senior DevOps Engineer to join our technology team, working across multiple enterprise customers to deploy our AI Co-Worker platform. This is a varied role combining hands-on infrastructure work with broader commercial and product strategy.

Day to day, you will manage and drive automations across our own infrastructure and work closely with large enterprise customers to deploy CI/CD pipelines at pace. You will support on-network deployments -- ensuring customer data never leaves their enterprise network -- and work with containerized application deployments across single-tenant private cloud environments. You will collaborate with platform engineers, data scientists and product teams to roll out world-first multi-agent AI solutions.

You must be a confident, solution-driven problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and is passionate about advancing AI technology.

About You

To be successful you will need:

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps with a strong background in infrastructure, networking and security
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) -- we are infrastructure agnostic
• Skilled in Terraform and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with on-network / single-tenant deployment models in regulated or enterprise environments
• Leadership-oriented thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and integrity in your work ethic -- you follow through on what you commit to
