Production Line Worker - Early Morning Shift (1:00 AM Start)

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and be part of a production team that keeps things moving and standards high-especially during our early morning shift.
What You'll Do

This role is at the heart of our production process. You'll be responsible for:

• Filling, packing, and sealing products according to quality and production standards
• Monitoring product specs (weight, size, appearance) and catching issues early
• Communicating with leads or maintenance when something isn't right
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas throughout your shift
• Labeling, stacking, and preparing finished goods for shipment
• Washing utensils and handling full sanitation of production areas
• Assisting with line setup and breakdown between shifts
• Completing required paperwork accurately and on time
• Supporting overall food safety and sanitation standards
• Other job duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus
• Spanish & English speaking is a plus
• Understanding of weights and measurements
• Ability to safely use tools, knives, and production equipment
• Willingness to follow GMPs and PPE requirements

Physical & Work Environment

• Must be able to stand for extended periods (several hours at a time)
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
• Exposure to typical food manufacturing conditions (flour dust, temperature changes, moderate noise)
• Work around common food allergens (dairy, nuts, soy, etc.)
• Ability to climb stairs and handle cleaning chemicals safely
