Senior GL Accounting Manager - Close & PPE Lead

Altera Corporation in San Jose, CA seeks a GL Accounting Manager to lead monthly close for prepaid expenses, AP, accruals, and PPE, delivering accurate journal entries and reconciliations. You will partner with Technical Accounting, IT, R&D, and the AP team to ensure compliant financial reporting. You will review IT/R&D contracts for proper GAAP treatment, maintain prepaid schedules, and guide the team through SOX controls while coordinating with international colleagues.
