This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process and is responsible for building trust, presenting recommendations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a professional experience from intake through delivery. The Service Advisor plays a critical role in customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and revenue growth.
