Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer relationships, providing timely follow-up as needed.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance products.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Assist the agent in managing the website and social media content.
