Join IntervalaBuild what powers tomorrow—join Intervala, where advanced electronics manufacturing meets innovation, precision, and purpose.Job Summary & Essential FunctionsPerform technician duties for the Quality Engineering department, take on technician tasks which are currently being performed by Quality Engineers. Perform duties related to customer returns, disposition of internal produced non-conforming product and input results in various software systems.Creates plans for receiving, in-process, and final inspection activitiesCreate, revise, and distribute effective inspection plans and instructions for inspecting printed circuit board components and assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, and mechanical components and assembliesEngage process owners and stakeholders for inputs to ensure inspection documents are appropriate, accurate, and adhere to quality requirementsMaintain knowledge of inspection standards, methods, tools, equipment, and guidelines to ensure inspection documents employ best practices and current technologyUse and facilitate adherence to quality management system procedures for the inspection, acceptance, and related quality assurance processesEstablish and maintain data files to support an effective and efficient inspection and acceptance processCompile and evaluate results of inspection and acceptance activities to adjust and update inspection screening levels and criteriaSupport inspection activities as needed to ensure the timely and proper completion of inspectionsPerform ESD compliance checks according to quality work instructionsMonitor ESD compliance and accurately record dataSet up work areas and equipment as needed to provide a safe manufacturing environmentSupport quality engineering activities as needed to resolve quality issuesRequired Skills and CompetenciesBeginner level in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access; ERP and Sharepoint)Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small printStrong analytical skills including research, trend analysis, data analysis, and presentation of data through charts and graphsStrong technical writing and documentation skillsAbility to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality products and resultsAbility to handle multiple tasks, projects, and assignments to meet established goals and deadlinesAbility to initiate projects and tasks as required to fulfill goals and deadlinesRequired Experience & EducationHigh school diploma required; Associate Degree in related technical field preferred2 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment (or demonstrated ability to independently perform essential functions of the job for internal candidates)PCB and Cable experience preferredWhy You'll Love Working HereCompetitive pay and great benefits—including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time offBe part of a company that's growing, changing, and full of new opportunitiesA supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matterMeaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the worldIntervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).Intervala is required to verify the status of all employees to determine whether each employee is a U.S. Person or a Foreign Person for the purposes of determining if an export authorization is required to approve an employee's access to export-controlled items, not as a condition for hire.Equal Opportunity Employer Intervala, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
