Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and long-term care environments
