Make a meaningful impact in young students’ lives by working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or 1:1 Paraeducator in a supportive school environment near Epping, NH. This rewarding, onsite contract role offers the opportunity to engage directly with children and help shape their educational experiences.

Available positions include one RBT role supporting a preschool program (26 hours per week, Monday through Thursday), and one RBT/1:1 Paraeducator supporting a 5th grade student (32.5 hours per week). These opportunities allow you to use your professional skills and empathy to foster growth and positive change in students.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Active New Hampshire RBT or Paraeducator license/certification (required)
• Prior experience working in a school setting or with children in a behavioral support role
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and the ability to implement individualized plans
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment
• Flexibility to support both preschool and elementary-age students as needed

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to assigned students
• Assist with daily classroom activities, transitions, and social integration
• Collect data and monitor progress on behavioral goals
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
