Analytics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead the development, implementation, and delivery of reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support business performance and strategic objectives. This role combines data analysis, stakeholder engagement, business intelligence, project leadership, and team development to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and execution of standardized reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support business goals and operational performance. Develop meaningful insights from complex datasets and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Deliver both recurring and ad-hoc analyses that support strategic and operational decision-making. Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of reporting outputs and business metrics. Strategic Data Analysis Independently manage analytics projects from requirements gathering through final delivery and presentation. Meet with business stakeholders to understand objectives, define analytical approaches, and align project expectations. Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business improvement areas through advanced data analysis. Translate complex business questions into practical analytics solutions and recommendations. Stakeholder Partnership & Consulting Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Collaborate closely with business, technology, and analytics stakeholders on enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. Facilitate discussions to gather requirements and convert business needs into reporting, data, and process improvement solutions. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Design, develop, and enhance interactive dashboards, scorecards, and management reports. Build scalable reporting solutions that improve data accessibility and visibility across the business. Support data visualization best practices and promote effective storytelling through analytics. Continuously improve reporting frameworks and business intelligence capabilities. Process Improvement & Data Solutions Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enhance data quality, and improve analytical efficiency. Partner with technology teams to support data warehouse enhancements, reporting automation, and business intelligence initiatives. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for data and reporting solutions. Support continuous improvement programs focused on analytics maturity and operational effectiveness. Coach, mentor, and develop analysts to strengthen business knowledge, analytical capabilities, and technical skills. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and data-driven team culture. Provide guidance on analytical methodologies, visualization techniques, and business intelligence best practices. Support career development and performance growth of team members. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in: Mathematics Statistics Economics Business Administration Data Analytics Information Systems Experience Proven experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Reporting roles. Experience leading analytical projects and stakeholder engagements from initiation to completion. Strong track record of using data to influence business decisions and drive operational improvements. Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality analytical outputs. Experience supporting retail, restaurant, hospitality, franchising, or multi-location business environments. Proven success leading, mentoring, and developing analytics professionals.
