Start Date: Immediate Electrical Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic and electrical components using small hand tools and power tools
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and detailed work instructions
- Perform inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure all quality standards are met
- Meet daily production quotas while maintaining consistent workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Communicate with leads and team members to resolve assembly issues
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to operate small hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled overtime
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
