Responsibilities Lead and oversee all installation and operational activities while guiding technicians and monitoring performance. Evaluate workloads and manage daily scheduling and prioritization of technician tasks. Utilize technical sales expertise to promote HVAC services and collaborate with sales representatives to develop accurate job estimates. Solve day‑to‑day challenges on job sites and manage customer service issues effectively. Document all calls and jobs accurately. Coordinate and submit necessary permit applications. Engage with suppliers to create price lists and negotiate favorable terms. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with management to set goals and implement actionable plans for departmental success. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience as an HVAC Department Manager in residential services. Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of residential HVAC services, coupled with a strong technical foundation. Hands‑on field experience is essential. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a solid driving record. Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with technicians, various departments, customers, and suppliers. Proficient in using technology, including text messaging and apps; experience with Service Titan is preferred. Benefits/Perks Competitive compensation package. Flexible scheduling options.
