Are you a high-performing agency recruiter who owns the entire recruiting lifecycle—from winning new clients to placing top talent? If so, and you're looking to take your career to the next level, let's chat!
Our client is growing & looking for experienced recruiters in the Austin and Dallas markets.
What they're looking for:
• At least 2 years of agency recruiting experience in a true full-desk role (business development + recruiting)
• Direct Hire experience focused on the SMB market
• A proven track record of generating $300K+ in annual billings (verification required)
