As a Commercial Cleaning Technician with our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our clients expect and deserve. It’s important to note that this is not a remote job, requiring regular on-site attendance to fulfill the duties assigned efficiently.

This role demands a high level of commitment and reliability, as you will be instrumental in providing a welcoming and clean environment for both employees and visitors of our clients' properties.

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned properties.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the buildings looking clean and professional.
• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the buildings or properties.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Gather and empty trash and trash bins.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure that all cleaning activities are conducted in a secure and responsible manner, adhering to all company guidelines and respecting the confidentiality of the client’s premises.

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Integrity and good interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or knowledge, a plus.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Good physical health and stamina.
• Flexible and able to work in shifts, preferably early mornings, evenings, or weekends, based on the needs of the business.
• Must be HIPAA compliant when working in environments requiring such compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and observe safety rules.
• The ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Efficient in managing time and organizing tasks.
