General Manager | Relocate to Raleigh, NC
Ready for a move to one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing markets? An upscale, high-volume restaurant in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a polished, chef-driven operation known for elevated food, beverage, and hospitality. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven restaurant leader looking to relocate to North Carolina and take ownership of a dynamic operation with a strong team and established presence in the market.
Restaurant General Manger Compensation and Benefits

Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience with General Manager-level leadership
- Proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, costs, and overall profitability
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing teams
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in upscale casual, polished casual, chef-driven, or fine dining concepts
- Strong knowledge of elevated bar, wine, and beverage operations
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and building a strong restaurant culture
- Track record of driving sales, guest satisfaction, operational standards, and team development
