Safely transport temperature-controlled freight while maintaining product integrity. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections according to DOT requirements. Maintain accurate logs and comply with FMCSA and company regulations. Safely operate equipment in various weather and road conditions. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and operations teams. Manage deliveries, pickups, and required documentation. Maintain a strong safety record and follow company policies. Experience operating refrigerated equipment preferred. Clean driving record and acceptable MVR. Ability to run OTR routes, including nights and early mornings. Knowledge of DOT regulations, inspections, and reefer operations. Ability to operate independently and maintain delivery schedules. Mountain driving experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Tanker endorsement or ability to obtain within 45 days. Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 90 days. TWIC card preferred.
