Windshield Repair Technician/ Sales

Job Description

What you'll do

Repair rock chips & minor windshield damage
Sell customers on replacements as needed
Develop/manage relationships with vendors and fleet accounts
Talk to customers (they're usually pretty cool)
Help them understand their options & coverage
Keep your workspace clean & tools ready
Process insurance claims
Help with other duties around the shop

What we're looking for

People person with an eye for detail
Auto glass experience is a plus — not required
Sales or customer service background
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Valid driver's license
