We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support children and adolescents ages 2–18 with developmental disabilities and dual diagnoses.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide individual and group occupational therapy services to pediatric clients

• Help children develop sensory processing, emotional regulation, and visual-motor skills

• Support individualized treatment goals and monitor developmental progress

• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports

• Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members to help children succeed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program

• Eligibility for NBCOT certification and Arizona state licensure

• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

• A passion for pediatric therapy and supporting children with diverse developmental needs
