Polysomnographer / Sleep Tech

Seeking a Polysomnographer / Sleep Tech for a night shift position. The role involves monitoring patients during sleep studies. Skills in End-Tidal CO2 monitoring and Multiple Sleep Latency Tests (MSLT) are essential. Proficiency in using Alice software and ResMed CPAP systems is required. Experience with PSG scoring and adult/pediatric sleep studies is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform various sleep tests, including Home Sleep Tests. Strong patient education skills are critical for this position. Candidates should be comfortable working with diverse patient age groups. The position requires floating between facilities as needed. A willingness to work major holidays is expected. Successful candidates will provide clear and accurate charting of patient care. Additional requirements include excellent communication and teamwork abilities. All qualifications will be verified prior to hiring.

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night

Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required

License: Valid state license required

Certifications: BLS, RPSGT, RRT, SDS, RPSGT or RRT with SDD

Must-Have: Experience with Epic charting system required
