• Bachelor of Science Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in respiratory care.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) NBRC credential required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Experience in critical care, ventilator management, and interdisciplinary rounding.
