Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services across diverse settings
- Evaluate patients' physical health needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- Document patient progress using Epic electronic medical records
- Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Support occasional SNF and home health patients as needed
- Participate in rotating weekend schedules; rare holiday shifts
- Promote patient mobility, function, and recovery with evidence-based practices
What You Need
Required:- Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification within first year of employment
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (preferably Epic)
- Experience in outpatient therapy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
