We’ll equip you to lead in the classroom—no prior teaching experience required—so you can coach emerging technicians to work safely, think critically, and deliver quality on every job. • Design a welcoming, inclusive learning space that sparks curiosity and accountability.
• Run hands-on labs that mirror real-world diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
• Co-create curriculum updates to match evolving tools and technologies.
• Mentor project teams, guiding analysis and innovation.
• Set a gold standard for shop safety and best practices.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of practical, recent experience within the last 10 years (refrigeration, commercial, residential, mini splits, boilers, etc.).
• EPA 608/Universal certification is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.

• Pay: $36–$40 per hour with opportunity for OT.
• Schedule: Weekends OFF.
• Sign-on: $10,000.
