Support Readiness Program Manager

Responsibilities Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives Requirements Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management Customer Support experience, knowledge about support frameworks, tools, processes, and regional engagements Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
