The ideal candidate will have experience in the aviation industry, a solid understanding of the CFM56 family of engines, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests. Manage and track customer orders from start to completion. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures. Provide regular updates to customers on project status and timelines. Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively while maintaining professionalism. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus). Minimum of 2 years prior experience in the aviation industry. Knowledge of the CFM56 family of engines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Excel experience a plus.
