Sleepwear & Lounge Technical Designer — Fit & Pattern Expert

Isaac Morris Limited (IML), established in 1989, is a leading company in the licensed apparel industry with over 35 years of expertise. Specializing in apparel for Boys, Girls, Young Men, and Juniors, IML provides exceptional quality, artistry, and execution to retailers. The company's distribution caters to Specialty stores, Department stores, and Mass Market, addressing their distinct needs. Headquartered in New York City, IML boasts an in-house licensing and art team that delivers top‑tier designs aligned with the latest trends. Responsibilities Create, update, establish and utilize graded specs/blocks based on fabrication for all sample development and confirmed orders; Review and evaluate proto/fit samples, pre-production samples, testing samples and TOP samples on all orders. Conduct fittings with design, sales and Production to determine final fit and workmanship per silhouette Communicate with factories fit and construction comments and ensuring that they fully understand and follow all needed corrections. Review and correct patterns and artwork placements provided by factories. Maintain and create a library for block body, fit and construction standard per customer. Experience with knits, wovens and sweater experience Kids, men's and juniors licensed apparel experience is a plus Knowledge in pattern making is a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr IsaacMorris
