Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents. Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including but not limited to:

+ Rent collection and accounting

+ Lease administration and renewal

+ Maintenance and repairs coordination

+ Resident relations and customer service

+ Compliance with company policies and procedures

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests
• Prepare and present regular property reports to management, including financial and operational metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as necessary

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, real estate) preferred
• Strong knowledge of property management software and systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Salary: $80,000 per year plus bonuses
