About the Role
As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Vivo Healthcare Wauchula, you will play a vital role in our therapy department, working closely with our occupational therapists and physical therapists to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents
Conducting occupational therapy treatments in a variety of settings, including individual and group sessions
Providing residents with the skills and abilities needed to perform daily living activities and maintain independence
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of treatments and resident progress
Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes
