Wonderful Poway Family in Need of Afternoon Care Support for Fall and Beyond!

Overview A warm family in the Poway area seeks an afternoon caregiver for their 2- and 5-year-olds. This is a team-player role that also values independence. Parents work from home but need a caregiver who can stay focused and engaged with the kids while they wrap up their day. Care is needed starting in the fall, Monday–Friday from 2:00–5:30/6:00 p.m., with a 1:00 p.m. start on Thursdays (early release). Occasionally covering school dropoffs would be a huge plus (7:30–8:30 a.m.). The house tasks can be completed while their 5-year-old receives in-home therapy for his ASD. The family is offering $25–$30/hr, and paid vacation.
