Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Proven ability to collaborate with surgical teams and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
• Strong patient advocacy and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the OR and assist surgeons during procedures
• Monitor patient safety and care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Maintain aseptic techniques and uphold strict sterile field standards
• Document surgical procedures and patient responses accurately
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
