Salary Range: $49,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Plainwell seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and pursue new sales leads generated through marketing activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers remotely.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals for manufacturing products.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems in a sales context
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or specific product lines (e.g., machining, automation, raw materials)
• Demonstrated ability to upsell or cross-sell within an existing customer base
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the manufacturing industry (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
