Job Summary:
Seeking a versatile and dedicated Registered Nurse for per diem coverage in a Medical-Surgical setting. The role involves rapid onboarding and compliance verification to ensure readiness for strike shifts scheduled for 9/3/26.

Responsibilities:

• Verify active nursing licenses and ensure documentation is current.
• Complete onboarding with minimal compliance requirements prior to the strike date.
• Maintain and demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic health record systems.
• Adhere to facility and industry standards for patient care and safety.
• Obtain and keep current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
• Confirm proof of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or attest to vaccination/declination.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active, valid nursing license in the relevant state.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, as applicable.
• Demonstrate knowledge of EPIC electronic health records.
• Show ability to quickly complete onboarding and compliance processes.
• Have previous experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing environment.
• Be flexible and ready for immediate strike shift deployment.
