Our client is a U.S.-based subsidiary of a global multinational organisation specialising in electromechanical components and systems for demanding, high-performance environments. The company partners with leading OEMs across lawn & garden, agricultural equipment, marine, and power sports markets to deliver innovative, durable solutions that support next-generation equipment design and functionality.
Job Description
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow PCBA business across the U.S.
Identify and secure new opportunities within target sectors (lawn & garden, agriculture, marine, power sports)
Serve as the technical sales lead, supporting customers from concept through production
Collaborate with engineering teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities
Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, engineering teams, and key decision-makers
Drive specification of PCBA solutions into new and existing platforms
Conduct onsite customer visits, product presentations, and technical reviews (expect ~40-60% travel)
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (preferred)
3-8+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or business development within electronics/PCBA
Strong understanding of PCB/PCBA design, manufacturing processes, and applications
Proven ability to sell into OEM environments and manage long sales cycles
Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical concepts into business value
Self-starter with a track record of driving growth and building client relationships
