$1940 - $2082/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. • 36 guaranteed hours per week with potential for up to 40 hours
• 12-14 patients per day
• Outpatient orthopedic setting
• 60 visits per week productivity expectation
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Will accept first time travelers
• Will accept PTA
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected
