Cath Lab Tech - Travel Position

Location: Thornton, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 6:45 AM - 4:15 PM

Job Description: Join a high-functioning and engaged team in our Cardiac Cath Lab. As a Travel Cath Lab Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, working alongside skilled physicians and staff. This position includes on-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex catheterization procedures such as LHC, RHC, PCI, and peripheral diagnostic interventions.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of catheterization equipment.
• Participate in tilt table tests and dobutamine stress tests.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT (R) and either RCIS or RCES certification.
• Willingness to apply for and register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA.
• Preferred: ARRT (CI) or (CV), along with holding and monitoring experience.
