L&D RN position , the certification requirements are:

Required Certifications

• Active Washington (WA) RN License
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• C-EFM (Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring)

Note: C-EFM is more advanced and specific than basic fetal monitoring training. Some facilities may accept equivalent fetal monitoring credentials, but if the job specifically lists C-EFM , verify the candidate holds the actual certification before submitting.
