The Town of Billerica is seeking a Public Safety Telecommunicator to join the Communications Center. You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, relay information to responders, dispatch personnel, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Certification in CPR, Emergency Medical Dispatching, NG911, and CJIS/NCIC operations is required or soon-to-be obtained; enhanced 911 and Priority Medical Dispatch are #J-18808-Ljbffr
