Senior Full Stack Engineer – Ad Decisioning Job ID: 10152769 | Location: San Francisco, CA / Santa Monica, CA / Seattle, WA | Business: Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology | Date posted: Jun. 03, 2026 Job Summary The Ad Serving Engineering organization within Disney Entertainment and the ESPN organization builds, enhances, and maintains the high‑performance, distributed, microservice‑based Digital Advertising Platform. The platform qualifies, delivers, and tracks Digital Advertising campaigns (Video on Demand, Live TV, and innovative interactive ads) across all of Disney’s online properties, including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. Ad Serving teams also develop supporting components such as anti‑ad fatigue systems, impression‑counting pipelines, and ad experience flows, and integrate with critical entitlement, pacing, targeting, and third‑party services. As part of the Decisioning Fleet, you will directly contribute to optimizing ad qualification and selection to ensure viewers always see the right ad at the right time and build tools that analyze competing ads for ad breaks across Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and other platforms. This role is hiring in San Francisco, Santa Monica, Glendale, or Seattle. Compensation Hiring range within Los Angeles, California: $141,900 to $190,300 per year. Seattle, WA: $148,700 to $199,400 per year. San Francisco, CA: $155,400 to $208,400 per year. Base pay will also consider internal equity, geographic region, and individual experience.
