Southeast Live Oak, FL - Dedicated Hauls

Driver Pay Rates

Years of Experience - Daily Wage

Less than 1 Year - $200

1 Year - $210

2 Years - $215

3 Years - $220

4 Years - $225

6+ years - $230

Paid Lumpers: Some driver unload available but not mandatory

Breakdown Pay: $12/hour (after 4 hours in shop, up to 10 hours).

Benefits & Bonuses

$2,000 RETENTION BONUS!!

Health Benefits: medical, prescription, dental, and vision after 60 Days

Rider Policy: available after 3 months

Paid Holidays

Bonuses: safety

Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes in Greeley, CO

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

$50 every week of your referred driver's first year

$500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work & Route

Running Region: Within 250-300 miles of Pilgrim's plant operations in each location.

Plant Locations: Live Oak, FL

Hours and Days: 8 to 14 hours a day; Length of day varies depending on plant needs, plant changes and driver capacity.

Start Times: Vary by location

Average Miles: 1,100/week

Home Time: Home most nights, may be out 1-2 nights per week.

CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:

At least 21 years old
CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
