Job Description

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
• Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations in school or similar settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and document student progress
• Comfortable using assessment tools and technology relevant to SLP services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
• Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, progress, and compliance with district standards
• Conduct screenings, provide direct and consultative services, and contribute to RTI/MTSS teams as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
